Medicines That Can Attack Our Kidney

If you often feel dizzy, headache or back pain, you should not carelessly take the free drugs sold in the market, because some drugs can damage kidney function. Any medication? 

"Do not indiscriminate taking medication, especially if you people who have a high risk of experiencing kidney disease. Some drugs are nephrotoxic or disrupt kidney function," said dr. Here are some of nephrotoxic drugs such as kidney damage alias delivered by dr. Dharmeizar, namely: 

Aminoglycosides 

NSAIDs (Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory) 

Radiographic contrast agent 

Analgesics (painkillers) 

Some herbal stiff and rheumatic 

Some herbal slimming 

"The drugs have analgesic or pain killer direct effect on the kidneys, causing direct damage. So do not carelessly take medication pain killer," said dr. Dharmeizar. 

dr. Dharmeizar also explained that should not carelessly take medication if headache or feel dizzy, also when it is not necessary vitamins should avoid excessive drinking. 

"A headache that's caused a lot of, can hurt your teeth, minus the eye increases, so do not take the medicine a little bit but look for the cause," he explained. 

And about vitamins, dr. Dharmeizar explains that vitamins should only be given to people who had just recovered from illness or because of low body immunity. 

"If you eat 3 meals a day with enough carbohydrates, minerals, fiber and other nutrient content, the actual vitamin was not necessary. The content of vitamin already exist in the food," said dr. Dharmeizar. 

And dr. Dharmeizar also warned, many people are misguided about the drugs that are obliged in a lifetime drinking by people with hypertension (high blood pressure) and cholesterol. According to him, the drugs used for life even safer because it is not nephrotoxic alias does not damage the kidneys. 

"Many people are misguided, many patients with hypertension or high cholesterol who are afraid to take medication for fear that the drug can damage the kidneys. When in fact it's safe drugs given to kidney, even if they do not drink it that damage the kidneys is hypertension itself," explained dr. Dharmeizar.
